At Shonze.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days
  • Proof of issue (photo/video) may be required
  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible

  • Final sale or clearance items

Refund Process
